MACKEREL BURGERS :
1 avocado
1 generous tablespoon of mustard
2 tablespoons of yellow onion, finely chopped
zest of 1 lime
1 egg
3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
3 cans of grilled mackerel fillets in oil (net weight 120 gr./can)
salt and pepper
¼ parsley
1 teaspoon of tabasco
peanut oil

12 slices of fresh bacon

TARTAR SAUCE :
250 fresh mayonnaise
0.5 red onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of tarragon, finely chopped
3 teaspoons of capers
1 sweet pickle, finely chopped
2 tablespoons of parsley, finely chopped

0.5 iceberg lettuce

1 coeur de boeuf tomato

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Scoop out the diced avocado and add the rest of the burger ingredients. Mix well together. Form 4 nice burgers.

Meanwhile, fry the bacon until crispy.

Mix the ingredients for the tartar sauce.

Fry the burgers in peanut oil, 2 minutes on each side.

Meanwhile, warm the halved buns for 1 minute in the preheated oven at 200°C.
