1 tsp lemon juice

Rinse the large shrimp under running water.
Place a fireproof dish on the barbecue and heat the olive oil in it.
Add the sage leaves and fry them until they are a bit crispy.
Then add the whole, unpeeled cloves of garlic and mix everything well.
Let the shrimp cook briefly on both sides in the mixture.
Remove them from the oil, along with the garlic and sage. Season before serving with fleur de sel and a few drops of lemon juice.
Make sure that the coal is gray, there should certainly be no flame. You can also prepare this recipe perfectly in a pan.
