Dressing:
2 tbsp peanut butter
juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 small chili
2 tbsp water

80 g thick rice noodles
3 carrots
0.5 bunch radishes
4 spring onions
1 bunch coriander

16 black tiger shrimp
1 tbsp sriracha sauce (spicy chili sauce)
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp peanut oil

Dressing:
2 tbsp peanut butter
juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp water

2 tbsp peanut oil

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.

Put all the ingredients for the dressing in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Finely chop the carrots and radishes.

Mix the shrimp with honey and sriracha sauce, and briefly fry on both sides in the oil.

Spread the dressing in the bowls and place the noodles on top.

Distribute the shrimp over it and finish with the crispy vegetables, finely chopped spring onion, and coriander.
