250 g dark chocolate with at least 80% cocoa
250 ml heavy cream
1 tsp fleur de sel
1 tbsp or more extra virgin mild olive oil

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Chop the dark chocolate into pieces and place them in a glass bowl along with the heavy cream.

Place the bowl over a saucepan with 2 cm of water for a bain-marie melt.

Remove from heat and whisk the mixture vigorously.

Stir in the fleur de sel and olive oil just before serving.
