80 g peanut butter
2 tbsp Gimber
1 thick clove of garlic
50 ml light soy sauce
Zest and juice of 1 lime
200 ml orange juice
1 shallot
1 tsp cayenne powder

Preparation method

How do you make this?

First, add the zest and then the juice of the lime into a tall measuring cup. Add all the other ingredients. Insert the hand blender and blend everything until smooth.

Store in a bottle with a cap, so you can easily shake it before each use.

Tips

You can store the vinaigrette for at least 10 days in the fridge or freeze in a jar with lid, always shake well before use. You can always pimp the vinaigrette with fresh herbs.
