1 small cauliflower
2 to 3 leeks
700 g béchamel sauce
800 g mashed potatoes
100 g grated cheese
750 g minced veal and chicken
1 shallot
1 tsp thyme
Pepper and salt

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Wash the leek and cut into pieces, cut the cauliflower into florets, place them in a steamer basket and steam until cooked.

Mix half of the cheese into the béchamel sauce.

Stir the mashed potatoes well again.

Mix the minced meat with the herbs and spread it on the bottom of a baking dish, not pressing too firmly.

Spread the mashed potatoes over that, then the leek and cauliflower, the béchamel sauce, and the rest of the cheese on top.

Bake for about 25 minutes at 190°C with low steam.
