What do you need?
Quantity: 4P

4 corn cobs, pre-cooked in plenty of salted water with a knob of butter
Half a pack of butter
2 tbsp sambal oelek (you can also use sriracha)
1 block of parmigiano reggiano

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Let your BBQ heat up to 240°C.

Put half a pack of butter in a fireproof pan and let it foam on the BBQ until you get brown hazelnut butter, then you will see a brown edge in the pan.

Grill the corn cobs all around and place them on a plate.

Take the butter out of the BBQ and pour it into the sambal that you have already put in a bowl.

Mix well together.

Pour the mixture of butter and sambal over the corn.

Grate lots of Parmesan cheese over it.

For young children, add some butter after grilling and lots of Parmesan cheese.
