Ingredients

What do you need?

Quantity: 4 pieces

4 whole grain sandwiches
125 g yogurt
2 large sweet and sour pickles
1 cauliflower

My homemade ‘Buffalo’ sauce:
140 ml sweet and sour chili sauce
120 ml sunflower oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Pinch of salt

4 whole grain sandwiches
125 g yogurt
2 large sweet and sour pickles
1 cauliflower

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preheat the oven to 200°.

Cut the cauliflower into slices of 1cm.

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce well together and coat the cauliflower with it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast for 15-20 minutes at 200° until nicely caramelized.

Cut the sandwiches in the opposite direction (from the top down, so they still hold together nicely).

Pop them in the oven for a minute.

Spread yogurt on the inside, place slices of pickle along one side.

Arrange the cauliflower on top.

They are actually just as delicious cold! 😊
