What do you need?
2 bananas (from the freezer) chopped
100 g spinach
125 g Greek yogurt
1 small avocado
1 tsp fresh ginger chopped.
2 medjool dates
200 ml unsweetened coconut water
Juice of 0.5 orange
My toppings, divided over 2 bowls:
1 kiwi sliced thin
1 handful of blueberries
1 handful of raspberries
2 tbsp chia seeds or hemp seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
