Wakame has a delicate and somewhat sweet flavor, similar to that of oysters. Moreover, sea lettuce is very healthy and is said to stimulate the burning of fat tissue.Need I say more?
Blanch the beans briefly. Make sure they are still a bit crispy. Shock them under cold water to retain their beautiful green color. Pat them dry with a towel.

Put the beans, lamb's lettuce, and wakame in a bowl.
Make a dressing with the sesame oil, olive oil, and sesame seeds and drizzle it over the salad.

A little lime juice or light soy sauce is certainly allowed here.
