You read it right: 'friendly' garlic sauce. Not because it contains little garlic, but because my variation on the regular recipe is much lower in fat and calories. Serve the sauce as a tapa with flatbread. Guaranteed to be gone in no time!
Mix the yogurt with the lime juice and honey in a bowl.
Peel the garlic cloves, chop them finely, and add them.
Cut the anchovy fillets into small pieces and mix them together with the finely chopped chili into the dip.
Finally, add olive oil and salt and stir well.
Serve with flatbread.
If you prefer it a bit less spicy, just leave out the chili pepper.
