The recipe for a perfect Espresso Martini, mixed by top bartender Ran Van Ongevalle. A powerful and seductive cocktail experience!
50 ml vodka
25 ml coffee liqueur
10 ml simple syrup (sugar syrup)
30 ml freshly brewed espresso
50 ml vodka
25 ml coffee liqueur
10 ml simple syrup (sugar syrup)
30 ml freshly brewed espresso
Start by adding the vodka to a shaker.
Then add the coffee liqueur.
Add the simple syrup.
Pour the hot, fresh espresso into the shaker.
Add ice cubes to the shaker.
Shake vigorously until the shaker is well chilled.
Remove the ice and shake again without ice to create a frothy texture.
Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass. Cheers!
Use fresh, hot espresso to create a beautiful foam layer. Shake the cocktail again without ice for an extra frothy structure. You make sugar syrup (Simple Syrup) easy by combining equal parts of water and sugar and blending with a hand mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved.
