Preparation method

How do you make this?

Finely chop the onion and garlic, slice the chorizo, and cut the chicken thigh meat into pieces.

Put everything in the baking tray of your air fryer, add a teaspoon of olive oil, season well with pepper and salt, stir everything together, let it color for 15 min at 180°C, indicated by 2 mills, stir once.

Then add all the other ingredients, stir well again and spread everything evenly. All ingredients should just be submerged in liquid. Now set to 180°C, 1 mill, because we are going to slow cook more and let it cook for another 30 min, stir once in the middle of the cooking time.

Meanwhile, finely chop the chives, slice the remaining chorizo, and crumble the feta. Serve in bowls and finish with feta, chives, and chorizo and call everyone to the table!

Tips

You can store the stew covered in the fridge for 2 days. You can freeze it like that. Defrost in the fridge. Returning with some extra broth or passata at 120 °, stirring occasionally. The meat of the buttocks is juicier at the stew than the breast meat. You can also replace the chicken with meatballs or pork strips. If you want to make it vegetable, bake large Portobello mushrooms cut into pieces.
