Easy

By making burger tacos, we give a creative twist to the traditional hamburger concept. We combine the juicy filling of a hamburger with the crispy charm of a tortilla, folded in the shape of a taco. This recipe is surprisingly simple and perfect as comfort food for the whole family. It's ideal for starting the week or hosting a taco party with friends. Preparation method

How do you make this?

Dice the onion into brunoise, shred the lettuce into fine strips, and slice the pickle.

Mix the ingredients for the sauce.

Combine the minced meat and form 16 balls. Flatten them on the tortillas.

Melt butter in a pan and fry the meat-tortillas with the meat side down until nicely browned. Flip, add cheese, and cover to let the cheese melt.

Place them on a board, top with lettuce, pickle, sauce, and finish with onion.

Fold them closed and enjoy.

Cook the rest in the same way.
