Easy

By making burger tacos, we give a creative twist to the traditional hamburger concept. We combine the juicy filling of a hamburger with the crispy charm of a tortilla, folded in the shape of a taco. This recipe is surprisingly simple and perfect as comfort food for the whole family. It's ideal for starting the week or for hosting a taco party with friends. Preparation method

How do you make this?

Chop the onion into brunoise, the lettuce into fine strips, and the pickles into slices.

Mix the ingredients for the sauce.

Mix the ground meat and form 16 balls. Flatten them on the tortillas.

Melt butter in a pan and fry the meat-tortillas with the meat side down until nicely browned. Flip them over, add cheese, and cover to let the cheese melt.

Place them on a board, top with lettuce, pickles, sauce, and finish with onion.

Fold them closed and enjoy.

Fry the rest in the same way.
