Ingredients

What do you need?

Quantity: 10-12 bars

15 soft Medjool dates
3 tbsp peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
150g dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa
2 tsp fleur de sel or Himalayan salt
2 handfuls of roasted and peeled hazelnuts
2 handfuls of peeled pumpkin seeds

15 soft Medjool dates
3 tbsp peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
150g dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa
2 tsp fleur de sel or Himalayan salt
2 handfuls of roasted and peeled hazelnuts
2 handfuls of peeled pumpkin seeds

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.

Cut the dates open, remove the pit, and place them cut side together on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to form a rectangular base of dates.

Place another piece of parchment paper on top and roll over it firmly with a rolling pin to flatten it evenly. Then remove the parchment paper.

Spread the peanut butter evenly over the date base.

Pour the melted chocolate over it and spread it out.

Sprinkle the nuts and salt on top and let it set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Then cut into bars.
