1 large gray farmhouse bread
1 kg slices of young Maredsous cheese
1 kg of ham
4 red apples
1 container of soft sun-dried tomatoes

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Top half of the bread with cheese and ham, you can definitely be generous with the cheese. 🙂

Slice the apple into rings and top half of the sandwiches with apple slices and the other half with strips of sun-dried tomatoes.

Place another slice of cheese on top and lay the remaining sandwiches on top.

Heat your croque maker and cook them all until golden brown, until the cheese is nicely melted.

Cut in half, arrange on a board, and serve.
