cherry tomatoes
aioli

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preparation of aioli, make a mixture of:

  • 2 tbsp full-fat yogurt
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • juice of half a lime plus zest
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika powder
  • pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic

Preparation of croque

  • Cut 2 slices of bread lengthwise.
  • Spread with half a tomato.
  • Top with slices of cheese and ham.
  • Place the sandwiches in the grill on high (+/- 3 minutes)
  • Cut carefully to avoid pushing all the cheese out.

Tips

Are you difficult to digest a look? Then replace the fresh look with garlic powder.
