Pinch of salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, sliced
1 yellow zucchini, sliced
75 g cheddar cheese, grated
1 cooked corn on the cob
1 clove of garlic

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Sauté the onion in the oil, add the sliced zucchini and cook for 3-4 minutes, cut the corn off the cob and add it (set aside some of all the ingredients for topping).

Beat the eggs with pepper and salt, mix in the cheese, reserving some cheese for the top.

Pour the egg-cheese mixture over the sautéed onion and zucchini, place a few slices of zucchini, onion, and corn on top, finish with the cheese, cook for 1 more minute and then bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for another 10 minutes.

Let it cool slightly before serving.

Also very tasty cold in your lunchbox or kids' lunch bag.
