What do you need?
Quantity: 15 pieces

95 g oatmeal flakes
95 g shredded coconut
Pinch of salt
30 g soft butter
75 ml warm water
1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix all the ingredients together until you get a firm dough.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.

You can also add toppings to the cookies. Some options are: small pieces of apricot, dark sprinkles, extra chopped nuts… sprinkle them on before baking.

Put baking paper back on, lightly roll with a rolling pin, remove the baking paper, cut out the cookies and bake them.

Bake them at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes until they are golden brown.
