600 ml coconut cream
1 vanilla bean
6 large eggs
100 g coconut blossom sugar
3 tbsp coconut flakes

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Roll out the dough and bake it blind at 180 ° with baking paper covered with baking pearls or split peas. Beat the yolks, the sugar and vanilla into a thick foam. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Mix the cream, grated skin and the lime juice and protein underneath. Pour the mixture into the baking tin. First bake for 20 minutes at 180 °, and then 30 minutes at 160 °. Allow to cool. Cut the pineapple into pieces and place them on it, sprinkle the sixths of lime over the cake.

Tips

I like some extra whipped coconut cream for a super tropical touch!
