Slice the chicken breasts horizontally into very thin slices and season them with pepper and salt. Place the bacon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake it until crispy for 10 minutes in the oven at 180°C. Slice the pickles, eggs, and tomatoes. Tear the iceberg lettuce into equal pieces. Fry the chicken slices in a knob of butter until golden brown on both sides.
Toast the slices of bread and lay 4 of them side by side.
Spread them with mayonnaise and then layer each slice with cheese, lettuce, chicken, tomato, toast, pickle, eggs, bacon, tomato, fried chicken, and finish with a toast, spread with mayonnaise on the bottom. Insert a toothpick and cut diagonally in half.
