Slice the chicken breasts horizontally into very thin slices and season them with pepper and salt. Place the bacon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake it for 10 minutes until crispy in the oven at 180°C. Slice the pickles, eggs, and tomatoes. Tear the iceberg lettuce into equal pieces. Fry the chicken slices in a knob of butter until golden brown on both sides.
Toast the slices of bread and place 4 next to each other.
