750 g chicken thigh meat
Pepper and salt
1 onion
1 tbsp peanut oil

Sweet and sour sauce:
1 jar of tomato concentrate
300 ml chicken broth
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp spring roll sauce
1 tsp chili powder if you want it a bit spicy

260 g canned pineapple
300 g sugar snap peas
2 bell peppers
100 g cashew nuts
1 bunch of coriander
250 g nest noodles

300 ml chicken broth

3 tbsp vinegar

1 tsp chili powder if you want it a bit spicy

260 g canned pineapple
300 g sugar snap peas
2 bell peppers
100 g cashew nuts
1 bunch of coriander
250 g nest noodles

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Season the chicken with pepper and salt from the grinder and add 1 tbsp of oil and mix.

Cut the onion into pieces and add with 1 tsp to the baking accessory.

Let it bake for 10 min at 180°C.

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together and taste.

Then add the diced bell peppers and halved sugar snap peas, along with the sauce.

Let this bake for 15 min, stirring occasionally.

Finally, add the pineapple and nuts, fold them in, and heat for another 2 min.

Cook noodles or rice according to the package instructions and set on the table.

Serve and finish with coarsely chopped coriander.

Tips
