Ingredients

What do you need?

750 g chicken thigh meat
Pepper and salt
1 onion
1 tbsp peanut oil

Sweet and sour sauce:
1 jar of tomato paste
300 ml chicken broth
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp spring roll sauce
1 tsp chili powder if you want it a bit spicy

260 g canned pineapple
300 g sugar snap peas
2 bell peppers
100 g cashews
1 bunch of coriander
250 g nest noodles

1 tbsp peanut oil

Sweet and sour sauce:
1 jar of tomato paste
300 ml chicken broth
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp spring roll sauce
1 tsp chili powder if you want it a bit spicy

260 g canned pineapple
300 g sugar snap peas
2 bell peppers
100 g cashews
1 bunch of coriander
250 g nest noodles

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Season the chicken with freshly ground pepper and salt and add 1 tbsp of oil and mix.

Cut the onion into pieces and add it with 1 tsp into the baking accessory.

Let it bake for 10 min at 180°C.

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together and taste.

Then add the diced bell pepper and halved sugar snap peas, along with the sauce.

Let this bake for 15 min, stirring occasionally.

Finally, add the pineapple and nuts, stir them in and heat for another 2 min.

Cook noodles or rice according to the package instructions and set on the table.

Serve and finish with roughly chopped coriander.
