Ingredients

Kapsalon
2 chicken breasts
1 onion, finely sliced
1 tsp shawarma spices
4 tbsp olive oil
95 g grated cheese
2 large sweet potatoes
Salt and pepper
0.5 iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
2 tomatoes, diced

Garlic Sauce
250 g yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper

Garnish
Hot sauce

2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into fries.

Mix them with 2 tbsp olive oil and season with pepper and salt.

Spread them out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 25 min at 195°C until nicely colored and crispy.

Cut the chicken into thin strips, mix with 2 tbsp olive oil and shawarma spices, and cook with the finely chopped onion until done.

Mix everything for the garlic sauce and pour it into a squeeze bottle.

Fried fries go into a dish, topped with the cooked chicken & onion, sprinkle the cheese on top.

Let the cheese melt in the oven for another 2 min.

Finish with lettuce, tomato, garlic sauce, and hot sauce! Bammmmmm!
