300 g chestnut puree
2 white parts of leek
1 large onion
2 celery stalks
Pepper and salt
1 vegetable bouillon cube
1 knob of butter

Garnish:
0.5 bunch of finely chopped chives
1 handful of roasted almond flakes
2 tbsp sour cream

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Peel the onion and sauté in the butter.

Wash the celery and leek, chop finely and add, let it sauté for a while and then add 1.5l of water, bouillon cube, and chestnut puree in smaller pieces.

Season with pepper and salt and let it cook for 20 minutes until everything is soft.

Blend everything very finely, the best result is achieved in a blender 😉

If it is too thick, add some more broth.

Reheat the soup, taste, and season if necessary.

Serve in deep plates and finish with sour cream, chives, and almond flakes.

Tips

Are you a fan of fried bacon? They fit and may certainly be there if you are not a vegetarian!
