Brewing tea: Place the chai spices in a tea filter or tea bag and pour in the boiling water. Let it steep for 5 minutes.
Frothing milk: Combine the milk with the date powder in a milk frother and heat until it froths. Don't have a milk frother? Heat the milk in a saucepan and whisk until frothy.
Combining: Remove the tea bag from the tea and pour in the warm frothed milk.
Finishing: Garnish with a star anise and a cardamom pod for extra aroma and flavor.
Tips
