Cut the pumpkin into wedges and scrape out the seeds.
Cut the bunch of grapes into small clusters and arrange them in a large baking dish with the pumpkin.
Drizzle with olive oil, season with pepper and salt, and roast for 20 minutes at 200°.
Remove the dish from the oven and arrange the pieces of skrei in between. Add the thyme.
Pour the released juices generously over the skrei.
Put back in the oven for another 12 minutes.
TIP
Outside of the skrei season, you can also choose cod as an alternative.
