4 mini cheese schnitzels with herbs and pumpkin seeds
4 slices of sweet and sour cucumber
4 hamburger buns

Coleslaw:
¼ white cabbage
2 carrots peeled
1 small onion peeled
1 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp honey
Black pepper from the mill
Salt

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Place the schnitzels on baking paper and bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 220°.

Grate the cabbage, carrot, and onion finely in a food processor.

Mix in the rest of the ingredients.

Cut the burgers open, put them in the oven for a bit.

Place 2 schnitzels, a slice of cucumber, and coleslaw on each bun.

Put the lid on and insert a toothpick.
