1/4 avocado (or soft goat cheese)
1 slice of turkey breast

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Ten o'clock snack
1. Peel the lychees and rinse them under water so they don't brown quickly.
2. Cut the skin of the pomegranate all around about 0.5 cm deep, so you can break the pomegranate open. Remove the red seeds and discard the white membranes, as they are very bitter.

Lunch box
1. Cut the crusts off the sandwich.
2. Roll out the bread with a rolling pin so that it rolls up easily.
3. Mash the avocado.
4. Spread the mashed avocado (or goat cheese) on the sandwich.
5. Cut the turkey breast into strips and place them in a line in the middle on the avocado.
6. Roll the sandwich tightly.
7. Cut the sandwich into rolls.
