Grease 1 bundt pan and 1 regular springform pan (make sure they have the same diameter). Mix the eggs and sugars for 10 minutes on high speed. Combine the flour with the cornstarch, sift the mixture over the foamy egg mixture, and gently fold everything together. Divide the batter between the 2 greased pans and bake for 40 to 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 175°C. Remove from the oven. Let it sit for 5 minutes and then remove from the pan. Let cool on a rack under a kitchen towel.
Whip the coconut whipped cream with the powdered sugar until stiff. Stack the 2 biscuits on top of each other. Place the bundt on top. Then cut the bundt biscuit level with the round biscuit.
Cut the 2 biscuits into slices of about 2 cm and lay them out nicely in order.
Now work in layers. Start with a layer of biscuit, moisten them with the lemon-honey mixture, and then spread a layer of coconut cream on top. Fill the hole in the middle of the bundt biscuit with the cut-off biscuit. This way, the Barbie will stand more firmly.
Spread the entire biscuit evenly from top to bottom with cream. Insert the Barbie doll all the way to the bottom. Roll out a piece of fondant about 4 cm wide and 7 cm long and wrap it around the Barbie's bust.
Finishing:
Decorate the torso with Smarties. Crumble the raspberries around the bottom of the dress.
