90 g granola. You can find the recipe here
150 g coconut oil
2 eggs
60 g coconut blossom sugar
2 ripe bananas
200 g self-raising flour
1 vanilla pod
A pinch of cinnamon
A pinch of salt

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mash the bananas well. Add all the ingredients, but keep some granola aside and mix everything.

Fill the 8 muffin molds and top off with some granola.

Bake for 12 min at 150ยฐC.

Tips

If you do not have a self -rating flour, add 1 tsp baking powder to the recipe. It is important that you only use very ripe bananas. You can also use vanilla-essence instead of a stick. If you want chocolate in it, definitely do, use a handful of coarsely chopped chocolate of minus 70%.
