This mega delicious banana bread is completely plant-based and gluten-free. Ideal as a healthy snack or for breakfast. Definitely not just for kids!
1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
2. Peel the bananas and slice them.
3. Place the bananas, cane sugar, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl.
4. Split the vanilla pod, scrape out the seeds, and add them. Mix well.
5. Add the coconut oil, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and salt. Mix everything together.
6. Stir the flour into the banana mixture.
7. Chop the chocolate finely and add it to the dough.
8. Mix by hand or on the lowest setting in the food processor.
9. Grease a round bundt pan with butter or oil and dust it with flour.
10. Spoon the batter into it.
11. Bake the banana bread in the oven for about 40 minutes.
12. Test if the banana bread is done by poking a skewer into the dough. If no dough sticks to it, it's ready.
13. Remove the banana bread from the pan and let it cool on a rack.
