1 whole grain baguette à l’ancienne
125 g feta
0.5 broccoli
125 g cream cheese
0.5 bunch of basil
4 slices of ham
freshly ground pepper, sea salt
100 g grated mozzarella

To finish:

1 avocado
olive oil
mixed greens
1 handful of pecans

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Finely chop the basil and mix it with the cream cheese, season with salt and pepper.

Spread it on the halved baguette.

Top with the ham.

Chop the broccoli coarsely and distribute it over the ham.

Crumble the feta on top and sprinkle with mozzarella.

Bake for 8 minutes in a preheated oven at 230°C.

Finish with mixed greens, avocado cubes, pecans, and olive oil.

Serve immediately.

Replace broccoli with cauliflower, romanesco, zucchini slices, string beans ...
