Take a cooking pot and add the water and bouillon cube. Chop the spring onions finely and grate the garlic over it, then add. Then add the pasta and goat cheese and stir everything well together.
Bring to a boil and then lower the heat, let it cook for 15 minutes, stirring regularly, then stir in the spinach and cheese, mixing everything well together. If you see that the water evaporates too quickly, put a lid on it.
Serve immediately!
