What do you need?

Quantity: 8P

Soft cream cheese:
1 jar of cream cheese
pepper and salt
1 splash of milk
2 tbsp yogurt

Crumble:
4 tbsp mixed nuts
1 pinch of salt
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Roasted pears:
2 large firm pears
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
zest of 1 small lemon
a few sprigs of lemon thyme

Finishing:
8 slices of Parma ham

1 jar of cream cheese
pepper and salt
1 splash of milk
2 tbsp yogurt

Crumble:
4 tbsp mixed nuts
1 pinch of salt
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Roasted pears:
2 large firm pears
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
zest of 1 small lemon
a few sprigs of lemon thyme

Finishing:
8 slices of Parma ham

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the pears into slices, mix them with honey, thyme, olive oil, Zeste and juice of the lemon. Spread them on a baking tray with paper and roast for 20 minutes at 180 °. Cutter the nuts coarse with butter, a pinch of salt, honey and divide over a baking sheet with paper. Roast the nut crumble for 12 minutes crispy in the oven at 180 °, let cool. Mix the butter until smooth with the herbs, yogurt and milk. Divide the nut crumble, cream cheese and the pears into the glasses, serve immediately! Finish with half a slice of Parma ham per glass
