Goji Berry-Pineapple Dressing
15 g dried goji berries, soaked for at least 2 hours, drained
juice of 1 lemon
1 slice of fresh pineapple
2 tbsp agave
150 ml olive oil
3 cm ginger
pinch of sea salt and cayenne pepper
Chia Garlic Dressing
125 g full-fat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp chia seeds (white or gray)
pepper and salt
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 shallot finely chopped
1 clove of garlic pressed
4 tbsp water
Turmeric Orange Dressing
200ml orange juice
2 cm ginger
150 ml olive oil
1 tbsp agave
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 red onion
