Chicory is not always a winner with kids. In combination with apple, celery, and sweet-sour vinaigrette, I sell it very well here!

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Prepare the potatoes as the kids prefer. First, cook them until done and then fry them in butter or make them into a puree.

Melt the knob of butter in the pan and fry the chipolatas.

Cut the chicory and apple into fine, thin strips. Peel the celery and cut it in the same way as the chicory.

Mix all the ingredients for the vinaigrette together and pour it over the chicory, celery, and apple.

Place everything on a plate or let the kids make a little man out of it!
