7 g baking powder
3 tablespoons vanilla sugar
4 eggs

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix the flour with the baking powder and vanilla sugar. Pour part of the milk into the flour and stir well with a whisk until all lumps are gone. Pour in the rest of the milk and add the butter, stir well until you have a smooth batter. Separate the eggs. Add the egg yolks to the batter. Whip the egg whites stiff with a pinch of salt and fold them into the batter in two batches.

Preheat the waffle iron well. Brush the waffle iron with some peanut oil. Pour a ladle of batter into it. Close the iron and let the waffle bake until it is done. Repeat until the batter is finished.

Serve the waffles with powdered sugar, enjoy!
