500 g canned chickpeas, rinsed
1 to 2 tbsp harissa (to taste)
2 shallots, finely chopped
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Juice of 1 lemon
Pinch of salt
Cucumber Salad
2 cucumbers
1 bunch of parsley, finely chopped
2 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp sesame oil
Hummus Dressing
250 g hummus
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp grain mustard
1 tsp cumin powder
2 tbsp tahini
50 ml water
