Christmas stars:
1 sheet of puff pastry
10 g poppy seeds
50 g parmesan cheese
Grated parmesan
1 yolk
1 tbsp milk

Tomato soup:
1 knob of butter
1 large sweet onion
3 cloves of garlic
3 stalks of white celery
1 red bell pepper
1 sprig of thyme
2 bay leaves
1600 g canned cherry tomatoes
1 small jar of tomato paste
1 red apple
Pepper and salt
500 ml or more chicken broth

Meatballs:
300 g mixed minced meat
3 to 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 small egg
Pepper and salt

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preparation of Christmas stars: puff pastry light with Dorure.

Sprinkle with the mixture of poppy seeds and Parmesan cheese.

Possibly have it set again before sticking out.

Excellent large and small stars with as little loss as possible.

Place baking sheet with baking paper.

15 minutes at 180 °.

Preparation soup and balls: Finely chop the onion and garlic, stew with the butter in a high pot.

Meanwhile, cut the crops celery into pieces, as well as the bell pepper, stripped of seed lists and seeds, add with the peeled and cut apple and tomato concentrate.

Bake just as well while you stir.

Deglaze with the tomatoes and broth, season with salt and pepper, thyme and bay leaf.

Let everything simmer for 20 minutes, fish out the thyme and bay leaf and mix finely.

Also sieve the soup so that you get a fine creamy soup.

For the balls you mix everything well, roll small balls and add them to the mixed soup for an extra tasty full meat flavor.

Decorate with your Christmas stars just before you serve!
