180 ml milk of choice (e.g., unsweetened cashew milk)
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp orange zest
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp cooked beet or 1 tsp Biotona organic beet concentrate
pinch of beet powder, cocoa powder, or cinnamon for finishing

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Heat the milk, ginger, orange, and lemon zest for 2 minutes over low heat.

Add the beet.

Pour warm water into a blender and pour it out again.

Put the milk mixture and the beet into the blender.

Blend everything for 30 seconds.

Pour the red beet latte into small cups.

Finish with powder of choice.
