Easy

Making pizzas is really not that difficult and is always a celebration! I’m using a fresh herb oil instead of classic tomato sauce as a base this time.

Knead all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl or kitchen machinery for 10 minutes. Add a little flour had to spread it too bright into 8 portions, bulging and rising under plastic foil so that it does not dry out.

Herbal oil: Mix everything with hand blender in high measuring cup. Roll the dough around to (2 to 3 mm) on a floured surface, the thinner you dough The more crispy, thicker can certainly also. Spread the herb oil over it and spread with the onion rings and the cheeses. Bake for 8 A10 minutes at maximum temperature in your traditional oven (230_250 °), or on a pizza position. In baking oven, 3 to 4 minutes, turning regularly until the crust turns nicely and simmering the cheese :-).
