Quantity: 6 kids

2 chicken chipolata sausages
olive oil
2 tomatoes
3 green olives
1 large pickle
1 teaspoon organic mustard (without grains)
1 tablespoon raw honey
2 tablespoons mascarpone
6 mini sandwiches

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cook the sausages in a pan with olive oil until done.

Slice the tomatoes into rounds. Cut the olives into rings. Cut the pickle into 6 thin strips.

Mix the mustard, honey, and mascarpone and put the mixture in a piping bag.

Cut the sandwiches in half.

Place the tomato slices between the sandwiches.

Cut each sausage into 3 pieces and place them between the sandwiches so that each piece just peeks out of the sandwich.

Pat the olive rings dry and rub them with honey. Stick them on the sandwiches for the eyes.

Place the strips of pickle between the tomato and the sausage for the tongue.

Draw teeth on the sausage with the piping bag.
