What do you need?

For the Nduja tomato sauce:
4 cloves of garlic
1 onion
4 cm Nduja sausage
2 large tomatoes
1 can of diced tomatoes (400g)
1 teaspoon oregano
0.5 bunch of basil

Other ingredients:
2 balls of mozzarella
100g grated Parmesan cheese
3 chicken schnitzels
125g cherry tomatoes on the vine
0.5 bunch of basil

For the citrus baby potatoes:
300g steamed baby potatoes
1 pack of broccolini
2 slices of pickled lemon
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Pepper and salt

For the Nduja tomato sauce:

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preparation of the chicken: Fry the chicken schnitzels in the Philips Airfryer Dual Basket at 200°C for 10 minutes. Then cut them in half and set aside.

Citrus baby potatoes and broccolini: In a bowl, mix the steamed baby potatoes with the halved broccolini, finely chopped pickled lemon, olive oil, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Place this mixture in the smaller basket of the Airfryer.

Nduja tomato sauce: Cut the Nduja into cubes and fry it for 5 minutes at 200°C in an accessory of the Airfryer together with finely chopped garlic, onion, and oregano. Then add the diced tomatoes and the can of diced tomatoes. Season with oregano and coarsely chopped basil and mix well.

Assemble the chicken parmesan: Place the fried chicken schnitzels in the sauce, cover with slices of mozzarella, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and add the bunch of cherry tomatoes.

Final preparation in the dual basket: Place the basket with the baby potatoes and broccolini in the Airfryer and set it to 180°C for 20 minutes. At the same time, place the chicken with the sauce in the other basket and bake it at 200°C for 15 minutes. Press start and the entire dish will be prepared simultaneously.

Serving: Divide the citrus baby potatoes and broccolini onto the plates and serve the chicken parmesan with the gratinated cheese and tomato sauce alongside.
