80 g oatmeal flour
30 g chia seeds (soaked for 20 min in 250 ml water)
1 pinch of baking powder
180 ml plant-based milk
1 tsp agave
coconut oil for frying

200 g coconut yogurt
3 tbsp thawed raspberries
Agave syrup

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mash the raspberries into the coconut yogurt.

Put all the ingredients for the pancakes in a bowl and mix well together.

Let it rest for 15 min (or make the batter the day before).

Heat some oil in a frying pan and pour small pancakes from the batter.

Let them cook until you see bubbles and then flip them over.

Cook further on medium heat.

Serve with the raspberry yogurt.
