Preparation method

How do you make this?

Dissolve the fresh yeast in the milk and add a teaspoon of sugar.

Let it sit for 5 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, remaining sugar, salt, vegetable margarine, and 2 whole eggs and 2 yolks, add the yeast mixture and knead for 10 minutes on medium speed in the kitchen robot, or until the dough pulls away from the sides and you have a nice elastic dough.

Turn out onto a large sheet of plastic wrap, and wrap it tightly into a flat round piece of dough.

Let it set for a minimum of 4 hours in the refrigerator.

Preheat your oven to 180°C.

Dust your work surface with flour and cut into 8 equal pieces.

Grease a long cake pan and flour it.

Shape the 8 pieces of dough with some flour and place them in the cake pan.

Press down well.

Let rise for at least 20 - 30 minutes in the oven at 40°C until they have risen nicely.

Brush with egg wash and bake for 35-40 minutes.

Let cool.
